Appropriate reasons to contact us

• A factual error, broken source, or missing material limitation in an article;
• A privacy access, correction, or deletion request;
• A question about advertising disclosure or a possible conflict of interest;
• An inaccessible page, layout problem, or broken link.

What to include with a correction request

Please provide the page URL, the exact passage to review, why it may be inaccurate, and reliable evidence such as a regulator document, contract, court record, or other controlling source. If the proposed correction applies only to a particular country, state, or date, identify that scope as well.

Submissions are evaluated under our Corrections Policy. We may not be able to provide individual advice, and the identity of a complainant, advertiser, or provider does not change the evidence standard.

Do not send sensitive information

Do not send Social Security or other government ID numbers, complete payment-card numbers, banking passwords, full medical records, insurance applications, loan applications, or unredacted contracts. If a screenshot is necessary, remove account numbers, addresses, signatures, and unrelated personal details first.
